Yoga for Female Athletes

My work with female athletes is rooted in the belief that girls deserve spaces where they can strengthen not only their bodies, but also their confidence, self-trust, and inner balance.

Through yoga, mobility, recovery practices, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help athletes cultivate resilience, body awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable wellness habits that support both performance and personal growth.

Created through my experience as a yoga teacher, mother of a female athlete, Chief Operations Officer, and Leadership Coach, these offerings are designed to support girls both in sport and in life — helping them move, recover, and lead from a more grounded and connected place.

This work is about more than flexibility or recovery — it is about helping girls feel at home within themselves.

Movement, Recovery & Performance Support

Embodied Athlete Yoga Series (Team-Based)

A progressive yoga and mobility series designed specifically for female athletes. Each session blends intentional movement, breathwork, recovery practices, and reflection to support performance and personal well-being. Athletes learn how to move with more awareness, recover more effectively, and build a deeper connection to their bodies.

Mobility & Performance Flow

A dynamic practice focused on flexibility, strength through range of motion, joint health, and injury prevention. Designed to support athletic performance and efficient movement patterns that translate directly to sport.

Restorative Recovery & Nervous System Reset

A grounding experience designed to support rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Through restorative yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, athletes learn how to shift out of stress and into repair — an essential skill for long-term performance and well-being.


Leadership, Coaching & Team Development

1:1 Coaching for Female Athletes

Personalized coaching designed to support athletes beyond physical training. These sessions focus on confidence, mindset, stress management, self-awareness, and identity development — helping athletes navigate pressure, performance, and personal growth with more clarity and groundedness.

Leadership Development for Athletes

A coaching experience focused on helping athletes build leadership from the inside out. We explore communication, confidence, emotional regulation, team presence, and how to lead with integrity both on and off the field.

Team Cohorts & Culture Building

Structured cohort experiences designed for teams who want to build stronger connection, communication, and trust. These sessions blend movement, reflection, and guided group development to strengthen team culture, improve cohesion, and support athletes in showing up more fully for themselves and each other.

Why This Matters

Female athletes are often taught how to push, endure, and perform, but not always how to listen inward, recover well, or stay in relationship with themselves under pressure. This work creates space for both discipline and care.

My work with female athletes is designed to support the whole athlete — body, mind, and identity — both in sport and in life. I offer yoga-based movement, recovery practices, and leadership development experiences that help girls build strength, self-awareness, resilience, and connection to themselves and their teams.

This is not just about classes. It’s about creating systems of support that meet athletes where they are — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and help them grow in sustainable, grounded ways over time.
