My Journey
Yoga as return
Yoga was not always a consistent path for me, but it was always a quiet calling. After years of practicing on and off, life brought me to a turning point in 2025 when burnout and chronic illness asked me to reevaluate everything. I knew I could no longer live out of alignment, and I made a conscious commitment to return to myself and to my wellness.
In 2026, I answered that calling fully, earning my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Non-Performative Yoga through Iya Well. That experience deepened not only my practice, but my understanding of yoga as a way of being rooted in presence, intention, and truth.
Through breath, movement, and stillness, yoga became a pathway back to myself. It taught me how to listen, how to lead from alignment rather than force, and how to return to balance in both my body and my life.

What yoga has done is reconnect me to my truth, my spirit, and the rhythm of something greater than myself. It is now something I embody and something I feel called to share so others can come home to themselves.
Teaching Style
Grounded and expansive
My teaching style is rooted in the integration of movement, breath, and philosophy where yoga becomes more than a practice. I weave the principles of the 8 limbs of yoga with the wisdom of Ma’at to create a space that is both grounding and expansive.
I guide with intention, inviting each student to move with awareness, listen deeply, and reconnect to inner alignment. My approach is less about perfection and more about presence, cultivating strength, resilience, and self-trust from the inside out.
This is not just yoga you do. It is yoga you embody so you can lead your life with clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
